Some of you may have seen the Watts UP that was released on my YouTube channel on Sunday January 29th which gave the report of Cardiff Vaper and his dealings with this company.

The first large public discussion of the dealings with Vape Store UK happened on the Late Night Lock In show on VUKN. London Vaper reported on Cardiff Vapers issues with the company and since then London has had messages and IM’s from over 30 people who have had simmilar issues with mods and liquids from Vape Store UK, and this was long before the Watts UP video was released.
They have stated that Cardiff Vapers experience is “currently being looked into”. As a trading company you have broken trading standards in the UK already since you have FAILED to resolve Cardiff Vapers original issue which was more than 30 trading days ago, compounded that issue with a replacement item which was not fit for purpose and then sold an item that was used but sold as new. The fact that you are currently looking into an issue which has been ongoing for more than a month, while you have ignored emails, ignored twitter messages, ignored facebook messages and only respond when I get involved tells me something.
You’re company is inept and incompetent, and you are more than willing to blame your own customer base on your own sheer ineptitude.
As such, VSUK reviews on my channel have been pulled.
Other reviewers can continue to review for VSUK if they wish. I flat out refuse to have anything to do with the company.
